Mistake: You didn’t base the plan operations on the terms of the plan document. Failure to follow plan terms is a very common mistake.

Fix the Mistake: Apply reasonable correction method that would place affected participants in the position they would’ve been in if there were no operational plan defects.

Ingredients

• 1 ounce (30ml) gin
• 1/2 ounce (15ml) freshly squeezed lemon juice
• 2 teaspoons sugar
• 2 ounces (60ml) champagne or sparkling wine
• Garnish: long thin lemon spiral and cocktail cherry

Directions

Fill cocktail shaker with ice. Shake gin, lemon juice, and sugar in a cocktail shaker until well chilled, about 15 seconds. Strain into a champagne flute. Top with champagne. Stir gently, garnish with a long, thing lemon spiral and a cocktail cherry.
